just a rule clarification

nobody has called captain yet

btw, the only way ak's vote woulda mattered is if he went 7 to tie and then he woulda broken the tie since he's first mover in round 1; but since he has 3 men on 7, i doubt he woulda done that anyway

clarification 1: if the vote is ever tied and no single 'captain' was used, then the first player for that round breaks ties, even if not involved in the vote

ak is the first mate this round, i'm in round 2, etc etc down the list

clarification 2: if u use 'captain' then that is INSTEAD of a vote, so if kbar and ourhouse both used captain this round, then only bravos would have voted so his votes would make the decision; so u are using captain instead of voting

Bravos
Andrew
Nicholas
Hornacek
Ourhouse
Kbar

Bravos went first in setup
Andrew is first in round 1
I'll be first round 2
etc

The order is mainly for 'first mate' status of breaking ties and for order of moving men off of a ship and to a new ship in phase 3 of each round.

phase 1 is leak (we give one leak and then vote one death if boat was full)
phase 2 is boat movement (we move one boat)
phase 3 is player movement (we move one man off one boat and then move the man to another boat with empty seat)

I just got up a few minutes ago.

I was under the impression that majority voted a boat (boat 3 in this case) and then ALL players voted for a passenger on that boat. Knowing that only the players with passengers on the boat get to vote for who dies, I may or may not have chosen boat 3.

That said, boat 3 was my choice because Kbar and Bravos both have 2 men on there, one being a sailor....while I have two little guys.

Don't be so quick to form an alliance against me. It's more advantageous for either one of you guys to vote off the other's sailor. Clearly, the alliance should be with me, not against me.

How does the voting work in regards to voting off a player. If I have a sailor and a regular person on a boat, like boat 3, does OH for instance (if he was to vote for me), have to choose which of my players gets the vote?

that player can choose if they want to remove their sailor (ya right) or their passenger if they have both on the ship; if they only have sailor(s) on the ship, then they lose a sailor
