I voted for allowing PMs and AIM, but really don't care which is decided.

Ok, today we will start with discussion on which boat should spring a leak; everyone please check in on this thread and once everyone is here and we have had time for any discussion (if necessary) to take place, we can all pm votes to me for which boat will spring a leak.

Things to remember:

1) If a full boat gets a leak, one man dies (determined by boat vote)

2) If exactly one person says 'captain' then they get to choose the boat no matter what the vote

3) If any boat gets more leaks than men, that boat sinks


Also, for now no pms/aiming; but discuss that as well; i'm fine to allow it if u guys want to

here.. but I'll be gone for the next 25-30 minutes..

discussion on which boat to sink is open until 10am tomorrow morning (eastern time); u must pm me by 10am with the boat number u would like to spring a leak (or the word 'captain' if u wanna try to use that power)

Would you be able to explain the "captain" a little bit better. I may have missed something, but that is the only thing I am having trouble with.

I don't understand how the sharks line up on the paths. Which paths are they stopping? And can 2 boats occupy the same spot?

Curious... do the boats travel along the lines, or the boxes? If its boxes then it makes sense to me.

They travel along the boxes, and no, two boats cannot occupy the same space.

So I am assuming that as of right now, there is no talking outside the thread, is that correct?

If that is the case, Bravos, want to form an alliance? With similar placings in boats 3 and 5, we can protect ourselves. Also, we can screw Andrew right now but putting 3 leaks in boat 7. So that is what I am voting right now for a leak. Bravos, let me know.

it's columns and rows (or boxes)...ie boat 2 goes forward 3 spots and it scores

the sharks just mean that boat has to go over one column to get to the shore, but it can't do that if the other boat is in that space

one boat gets a leak based on majority vote (unless 'captain' is used)

i'll accept changes and votes until 10am for this first leak


a leak occupies a seat for the rest of the game, so if it's in a full boat, one man dies (boat votes to see which)

also, if ever more leaks than men in a boat, boat capsizes and all men in boat die

Bravos and Kbar both have 3 votes and OurHouse has 2 votes since B/K have a sailor on the boat

Remember, u can also use one of your 3 'captains'

Each man on your boat can vote separately if u want, or u can combine ur men as one voting block

(ie kbar can vote 3 for someone or can vote 2 for one and 1 for another)

u vote for the player, not the exact survivor piece

Game question, say in this scenario boat 3 only contains bravos and I, and we both use captain. It is my understanding that whomever is first that round, gets the final say. Correct?

why didn't AK get a vote?
