alright, horn moves to 3!

no boats have leaks>men so no capsizing occurs

we are now in Round FOUR: phase 1

discuss which boat should spring a leak

pm me your vote today by 4pm (sooner if possible)

if everyone gets on today before 4pm, then let's also move the boat today and maybe even start moving men as well...

just to not get the boats too far apart and give people incentives to keep boats around; if boats get left behind and start getting leaks on them, it'll be tempting to just sink it, but having only 6 boats hurts us all
