While we're waiting, can you explain phase 3 a bit more? It is a bit confusing to me. Does everyone have to move a player and everyone submits their moves and the just go in order as predefined?

Are these scenarios correct:

boat 1 had 2 leaks and 4 people sitting.
player A proposes to move his commoner from boat 2 to boat 1, but none of the other players move anyone from boat one. This commoner dies right?

Scenario 2: same as before, but player B also moves a player to boat 1, both die right?

Scenario 3: same... but player C does move one man from boat 1. Player A is irst to move, so his man is seated and the other dies.

Scenario 4 is simple, but wanted to confirm. If a boat has 1 leak, and 3 men seated, there are 2 open seats right? so the first 2 requests get seated, the others drown.

phase 3:
we go snake-style

first person removes one man from one boat; everyone else follows suit; after last person removes his man, he moves that man to another boat and we go in reverse order back to first person

u cannot move back into the boat u were already in and if there are no empty seats on any other boats, ur man drowns

what does this mean exactly? Does this mean having men in boats in which people have already moved from? I think this is what you mean..

the first time I read phase 3, I thought it was to be handles via PM as well, but that is not the case, so it is not so bad and only one person can be without a spot instead of perhaps 3 people dying.
