If appliances are allowed, there are two that by necessity must be present to even call something a kitchen. I think appliances should have been banned, but since they haven't I'll take the one that is the most important, the refrigerator.

Even people who never cook at all use their fridge. You get by without a dishwasher, and plenty of people do. Knives and pans are critical, but some people don't cook. Everyone outside of the poorest nations/regions has a fridge.

When people are rating this draft, compare the refrigerator to the other items on the list, and ask yourself which you'd rather have removed from your home permanently. Keeping the fridge will ~always be the choice imo
