Apparently every year Booker makes it a resolution to win an EEHS, so every year in January, I run an EEHS.

This will be the second straight year.

The goal is to give the second-rarest answer. The second-rarest answer gets its score halved. The rarest answer gets twice the sheep answer's score added to its score. Research is allowed. No penalty for incorrects. Lowest score wins.
