I like cold over disease. Cold-blooded is a very real expression as well as an actual scientific thing. "Reptiles are cold-blooded." But remember we get 2 more blood words. There's a good chance that both cold and disease are blue.

For restaurant I like chair and date about equally.

If we're not passing, I'd rather guess Himalayas. There are much better clues to get light and wind (breeze, as Nich suggested earlier), and the leeward side of a mountain range is definitely a thing.
