1 - pennies
2 - pennies and nickels
3 - nickels
4 - nickels and dimes
5 - dimes
6 - dimes and quarters

I think this clue is borderline legal at best, because I'm basically substituting chip colors and coins to avoid numbers. I asked Nich for permission before posting it.

I don't think it wasn't too terrible this time because there still was a decent amount of ambiguity. Going forward this type of clue breaks this category, though.

There was a very specific logic to saying 7 that I can spell out if anyone wants.

Edit: Err, saying dimes and quarters to mean 7

Although, I think he needs pennies, dimes, and nickels as an option here too pushing dimes/quarters up to 7.

It is more or less what insanity was saying.

I thought about a linear type scale where the max units (10,000) is 1 and the least (1) is 27. That doesn't really work too well. I think a seven is still a bunch of pennies and nickels which will get guessed too low a lot.

I was thinking of scaling it by what he could ask for:

I guess I was just more curious what you meant when you said "hard to know what a 1 is" since you seemed to have done pretty much the perfect job in defining a clue that allows you to say what it is.

Yeah I felt it borderline and best to play and see what people thought

We don’t use numbers like 7 year old but you can say : baby, toddler, child, elementary school kid, middle schooler, teenager, retiree, old ass dude, etc

This was kinda like that but if you can linear scale it like that then it may be broken and illegal in the future.
