It's high time to reopen the Grievance thread and hash this all out.

I'm hoping the mods change the grievance thread back to a WW fouls thread so it has any chance of staying on topic, like ever...

The pub has plenty of kioshk/pwns/dkgo grievances already. Do you really need two threads for that?

obvious solution is to let grievances be somewhat off topic as a "Who are the bad posters" thread where the bitchin' happens and keep some kind of private spreadsheet on open issues. grievance-havers gonna have grievances

I honestly believe pwns is in the right here. Thingy told us in a semi-dramatic way he was leaving POG! And we like Thingy.

There's no way it was a worse thread than Digger's current "draft discussion" thread.

Except...the OP of that thread is for tracking ww fouls and its impossible for game mods to search through and see the actual foul discussions bc its cluttered with all the pub spam.

right I'm suggesting a change of purpose. It could just be a new thread really. I guess what I'm really saying is that while the idea of a well organized thread documenting werewolf decisions is fine, the cost of maintaining the organization in a thread that is also supposedly for discussion is too high, both in the sense that the ultra-tight LC policing annoys all the posters and is also a PITA for the mods. It seems better to just give up that idea. Or you know you could just keep the locked fouls thread from way back for organization and have a separate open grievances thread. Kind of like how the scheduling thread was split into two

I suppose the related point is that I still think an open thread for people to whine about stuff is useful, otherwise you could just do away with it. I'm fairly sure the mods find that claim dubious at this point though

oh and I guess I'm saying mods prolly just have to suck it up as far as it being a PITA to organize information about ww related affairs, rather than trying to force people to be super high-content all the time, since that idea doesn't seem to really work at all
