xnerd, if you are trying to gain weight you should eat as much as you can until you need to reduce fat. whole milk is good. there is that thing where weightlifters and people trying to gain weight drink a gallon of whole milk a day on top of eating.

I'm probably one of the few who benefited from Black Friday

That Thursday my balance was -$150 due to my last echeck being nixed. (Withdrew almost all of my balance a few months before to fund a vacation, redeposited some for a grinding bankroll, promptly went on a donkswing.)
