My maternal grandfather's name was Powell - so I think I must have some Welsh somewhere in my background but most of my family line has been in Australia for 170 years plus, so it would be a long way back.

Most of my background is Protestant Scottish (lowland), Scots in Northern Ireland / bit of English and a sprinkle of Chinese

been SLIGHTLY concerned about my left calf being massively swollen to the ankle for a few days.

left ankle last night was about 2 inches bigger than right. tons of water. no pain.

if I pressed my thumb into the calf the imprint stayed like memory foam.

kept monitoring my BP & temp for signs of infection but erryting normal so no doctors.

this morning - swelling greatly reduced - whew. just some random training injury I suppose.
