Still got some bottles? Then I'd be happy for a pic.

If you have time, you should Netflix "SOMM" - an awesome documentary about tasting wine.

Well done!

I wish I had a similar story, but I was satisfied to let my cashless Vegas trip in June be the sign I needed to give up.

Thanks guys, it was the medium FLO8 ($109) so not a life-changing sum.

Is burning man a cool festival of alternative ideas, or a bunch of smug rich hypocrites & models getting stoned and patting themselves on the back for being all cooperative for the one week a year they aren’t rapaciously trying to hoodwink the rest of us peons?

Never been but seems closer to the latter.

I wasn't aware that there was a pretense behind the stonerfest.

Does someone have experience with different cryptocurrencies?

My entire knowledge of burning man is from a friend of mine that went there, smoked what he thought was pot (possibly for the very first time) and ending up getting picked up off the ground by the medical staff in a hallucinagenic state somwhere in the middle of the desert.

Willi, I had a bit but it's much like the stock market. Buy broadly and invest only what you can lose. It's likely a decent long term play but will be highly volatile in the short term. *

Duck, you're wasting your money, but as long as you're happy, who cares. **

Congrats spurs. ***

Burning man, the festival, used to be almost entirely the former. Recently, due to social media and growing popularity, its started to become more of the latter. The real burners camp; the rich fly in on private planes and stay in air conditioned campers with showers and toilets. I've heard its very easy to tell the difference between the two groups because the wealthy are extremely inept and uncomfortable with the 'no money, only gifts/trade' aspect of the festivities.

There's a huge community of burners in Las Vegas, and I used to live next to a couple who went every year. I never went, but they did throw a lot of events in town that I'd go to. These will be all real burners, so its a lot of artsy stuff and new age crap. They throw the best parties though. Like, the best.

Both Somm and Somm: Into The Bottle were fantastic documentaries IMO.

All I know about Burning Man is that a friend from high school who is a photographer/dj/MIT scientist takes some cool pictures of it.

Also, grats spurs.

4.) In response to Cornyn, Booker argues his actions were justified, says he will post more classified material online, and invites Cornyn to "bring it".

5.) Reporters confuse the further releases Booker promised on Thursday with the original release on Wednesday, which obviously would no longer have been a rules violation on Thursday.

To be fair, Booker's comments on the matter in response to Cornyn on Thursday weren't all that clear. I didn't quite get it, either, before you posted that video of Booker explaining it.
booker!! what the hell have you been up to?!?
