cant wait for the full video involving multiple people dancing stupidly and her leaning out of an old convertible car waving her hands in the air like an air dancer.
I see a diagram in my head of a coil rotating and the little arrows showing magnetic forces but I haven't the slightest idea what a magnetic field actually is.
i like Mindhunters. it's by the guy who directed fight club. it's a netflix show. some great acting and characters. it's about when the fbi first started interviewing serial killers in 1977
I was totally expecting to love Mindhunter, but I did have a few problems with it.
All the serial killer interview scenes were great (especially the ones with Kemper), but a lot of the show felt kind of dull. Plus the dialogue felt pretty forced and unrealistic in parts, and almost all the scenes between Ford and Debbie were borderline unwatchable.
Also, Tench is really the only likeable main character and I think the guy playing Ford is horribly miscast. There is enough good stuff in there to keep me watching though, but I expected better given Fincher's track record. The show needs better writers imo.
mostly agree with diab. first couple episodes were way better than the rest of the series. i think fincher maybe directed only the first couple episodes?
i think the only great serial killer scenes were the ones with kemper. but i havent' finished the series. the other serial killers i've seen were just good to meh. kemper was great though.
why do you say ford is miscast? i think he's pretty good. the character is kinda meh, but i think you need a straight man for a show like this.
but yeah, the **** with him and his gf is a total waste of time. i suggest anyone watching just skip over those scenes.
I just think he's not a very good actor. Found him really wooden, distractingly so. Plus the guy is just so obviously gay that it was hard to take any of the relationship stuff seriously.
