I'd attempt it getting ~20:1 on 20k or so.
And given ~6 months of prep time.

I think it'd be terrible but manageable if you were able to get your self into the right mind set before hand.

Yeah, I think at first you'd be going a little wacky thinking how much longer do I have. But if you can get into the right hera and now zen, I feel like you'd be sort of surprised when the door opens that it wasn't all that long.

Of course, you might also slit your wrists before that happens.

Not knowing if it's day or night.
Not knowing if it's been 3 days or 7 days.

If fresh food is delivered to him daily then that's a clock I guess.
