so some trains you can drink on, and some you can't?

i'm not sure, but i think drinking outside is illegal in usa#1, unless you put a paper bag over it??? or if you are white and drinking wine on a picnic

Yeah, it's trains to/from the place where the hoodlums are/go to get drunk.

Not sure what the law is, but getting drunk on the village green is a teenage coming of age ritual in the UK.
