I've always been vaguely disappointed that Bitcorn hasn't taken off.

my friend told me about it. he heard about it from his brother. both total degens. and neither really knew anything about it. just random luck that it went up. but i've been meaning to buy a bunch of rando crappy lolcoins. so many of them seem to go up like 100x

They need to rebrand as Bitquorn.

I've noticed actually ton of more of those coins in their infancy and didn't buy. I spotted bonfire, moonpirate, happy and few others during their first hours or days of existence. All went 100 - 1000x. Happy I saw when it was 20k market cap and now it's 50 million. But there are ton of coins that I saw during those times that were complete rug pulls that crash instantly or during few days and never go anywhere. In theory during this time it's smart to put money in the CORRECT hype coins. If people are buying ton of coins for the memes you can capitalize from it and sell when they have pumped. High risk / high reward plays during this market. I have stayed out of them so far.

So getting into something early, might yield high profits or you might lose it all. So don't invest what you are not willing to lose. I didn't follow this rule when I put some money in safemoon. I first put a sum like that, but then I got really greedy and put a lot more. Then the site crashed, I got worried and cashed out early and put it in established coins instead. If I just had followed my original plan and not gotten greedy I would have gotten the 200x, which would have been pretty nice sum. Also warning, ton of scams are posted there and there doesn't appear to be much moderation. There are some posts on spotting which coins are scams so if someone wants to gamble they should read those posts first. Of the links first thing you want to check out is their website, if the "devs are doxxed", locked liquidity, dev wallet amounts. Look for more detailed instructions. First and third actually used to include some tips on solid projects before safemoon turned everything to shill fest for terrible meme coins. From which you can still make money from, but for how long this lasts, who knows. Probably not long, or maybe meme investing is now a permanent thing.

It's a bit of a pain in the arse to buy. Most people only know about Pancake Swap, which has a ton of steps, BitMart is easier. Once it gets listed on a real exchange, it might start to run.
