as a family of four (including two under-5s), we consume ~100kg of oats a year

which seems like

a lot

but hey my understanding is that oats are healthy

Didn't realize xander would be so tilted by my post. I still got it!

If anyone recs a good week of meals with some variance prep time round an hour or less id be game.

I'm mostly worried about eating too much fiber and crushing my digestive system.

Normally either do light lunch heavy dinner or vice versa. More towards heavy dinner. Not sure if that is the same as rich exactly.

Pretty close. The cap is 5 billion new doge produced each year (around 9.5k a minute). There are now 128 billion doge coins. So the total supply grows by only 4 percent this year and it decreases every year.

U.S. money supply grows faster than that. (https://www.cnbc.com/2020/08/05/the-...in-the-us.html) So in theory doge should in future be more resistant to value depreciation than USD, making it the more viable option for actual currency.

I might or might not be serious.
