i didn't go to motorcycle class. i figured i could make way more than the $300 playing poker. so last night i go to the casino and immediately lose 1500(full buy in) on a bluff. then win 4500 in the next hour. then lose 10k over the next 6 hours

today had to take the day off, too depressed to play poker, and i had a cat to lose

Anyway, my whale investigation-

I saw on the news once that a whale washed up on a beach and it'd been basically sliced in half, allegedly by a large ship.

After about 2 weeks on board, I remembered this story, and found a high-level cruise person to question. Finally I trapped one into a whaleocaust discussion, and it went like this-

Boatman: Hello! Nice to see you guys!

CrossieChung: Hi! Good to see you too! Hey.. let me ask you something.

Boatman: Shoot

CrossieChung: I want to ask you about the whaleocaust.

Boatman: The what?

CrossieChung: You know.. how we're murdering all the whales? Do the cruise ships ever hit whales?

Boatman: Uhh

CrossieChung: I saw on the news that the cruise ships hit the whales

Boatman: Well.. cruise ships are only a small portion of the large ships at sea.. There are way more cargo ships and

CrossieChung: Yeah, but have *we* ever hit one?

went to take out the garbage. saw a raccoon. got scared. turned around and got back inside to safety

A cornered raccoon will kick your ass. Plus the post-encounter rabies shots are fun!

and they aint cheap! like 5k a shot or something, and you have to get a bunch of them! **** that!

I recommend always carrying a weapon when taking out the trash. My personal choice is a sand wedge, but brooms, baseball bats and copies of Ulysses also work. Can’t be too safe when it comes to raccoons.
