If anyone cares (since the fitness thread is basically dead), I reached my top bench ever today...5x225. Not Reno level yet but I'm about 5'7 150 so this is a pretty big accomplishment for me!

nice job bsball. 5x225@150 is way stronger than me on any pound for pound type of thing. i'm turrible at bench (relative to my other lifts, not relative to people smaller than me and people who don't lift), so hopefully i can make some decent gains this spring and summer. i feel like i'm on the verge of making a nice set of gains
