Redundant. All lambs are babies.

True but it makes them sound cuter.

Pretty chunky. I’ll try and get some snaps tomorrow.

I found a good show for people who want to understand the uk: The Detectorists. It’s a funny/sweet show, would recommend.

one day i was sitting in the casino thinking about how good the detectorists is and i started to cry

however, i do not recommend it to many people. you have to have a soul

I imagine me watching it and just thinking over and over: "I don't get it"

i think voracious reader would like it, maybe soah and iversonian. i can't tell if random brits would like it or not. random americans def would not like it.

crossnerd might like it. idk though, she likes houswives of X lol

its worth a try though. first episode has opening scene, pretty countryside, then opening credits, then hilarious belly laugh joke right away. if you don't enjoy that first joke, then the show probably isnt for you

Is it better or worse than black adder?

My wife and I have reached the end of the released content for Hogwarts Mysteries. The break is nice.

I have such fond memories of this show.
No way it has anything to do with the hot girl who was hitting on me and wanted me to watch it with her.

They’re really getting to be fat little things.

When it comes to Black Adder, less is more imo. But I'm American. I didn't even like Fawlty Towers. Now I did like Peep Show a lot, work of genius. Original Office also pretty good. Oh, love Detectorists! Close to perfect.

Looks like someone got red paint lucky recently!

I'm about halfway through year 3

I used to like blackadder, but I don’t think I’ve seen more than a couple of Fawlty Towers, and was never that big a fan of Monty Python. I’m also only a moderate fan of Only Fools & Horses. #IsHeReallyBritish #WTFDude

a couple times watching monty python i fell off my dad's lap because he was laughing so hard. good memories

show hasn't really aged all that well

thick of it and the office are the only brit comedies i can think of that i like... and of course detectorists. but i wouldn't really call that a comedy. it's hilarious, but more than a comedy to me.

Blackadder Goes Forth is great. I can take or leave the other ones though.

I'm a giant fan of Pebble Smartwatches. Well Fitbit bought Pebble a few years ago (Current Pebble iteration is the Fitbit Versa). Nevertheless, the old Pebbles are still fantastic smartwatches.

Well I saw this on ebay: Pebble Time Smartwatch, Black $36 shipped (!!!!!) Original price was $200.

Well I bought it and it arrived today. It came unopened in it's original box. Brand new. A crazy good deal.

It's worth it alone to follow MLB and NFL games during church.

Facebook in a browser question:

I'm pretty much a facebook newbie. Is there a way to only read new posts/comments? Tough having to scroll through a zillion old posts looking for those 10 new ones.

They removed that feature a long time ago (showing posts chronologically). It wasn't compatible with their goal of completely eliminating all user control over how to use the website in favor of opaque algorithms that make no sense and don't do what you want.

However, recently they've began compromising. Sometimes it will ONLY show me new posts, and everything below that is just ads. So if I refresh the page twice in a row then I just get a page of ads and there literally isn't any news feed. If there's anything I missed before, there's no way to ever find it again.

I've decided to downgrade from just using Facebook to follow friends while never posting anything myself to just not using Facebook at all. Consequences of the CEO being an utter dip****.

i have ~300 friends on fb, and unfollowed ~290 of them. so i only see posts from about 10 people.

seems like i see about 2 good fb posts a month. i don't understand why people post so much absolute ****. i mean sure, i post plenty of **** here, but at least it's **** out of my own brain that is original thought.

Yeah, I’m mostly on fb only for work now; that and the livestock sales.

Instagram & twitter ftw.

what questions should you ask yourself if you're concerned that you're developing an alcohol problem?
