Canadian restaurants are goat at finding the perfect combination of french fries & gravy. Then adding the right mix of cheese curds is pretty easy.

But real poutine is best in Quebec.
agreed.

You can always try and make it at home.... buy some of those frozen mccain fries..... stick them in the oven. Whip up an amazing batch of gravy, and smother the hot crispy fries in both white cheese curds (or shredded mozarella if you have none) and the gravy.... add salt and pepper and thank me!

I think I've posted this before, but Reuben's in Montreal puts smoked meat on top of the poutine. OMFG so good.

Ya smoked meat is common. So is chicken, bacon, fried mushrooms or onions.... the possibilities are endless!

Actually it wasn't until that I moved to Halifax that I discovered meat on poutine. Its like a complete meal or two in one.

Lots of great things to be puttin' on the poutine.

holy crap shopping is tiring. i went to neiman marcus, but my sister talked me out of buying the $200 hoodie that wasn't even cashmere or anything, just normal cotton. they also had a shirt we liked, but it cost $1200 for a t-shirt. and a bandana cost $200.

i did buy a $100 t-shirt by john varvatos

What was that clothing brand I think amp? posted a while ago in the pub and they had a shirt on their site that was like $3k and looked like **** and had a zipper on one of the sleeves that had no real point to be there.
06-20-2012 , 11:06 PM
hmmm.... none of the t-shirts seem to be over $500. i guess maybe it was a sweater? i could have sworn it was a shirt though. they don't have the option to sort by price, so tilting. you have to sort by designer

ive found that with the exception of nice suits, the more expensive men's clothing is the more gay you look wearing it

probably because only gays would spend that much on clothes
