edit: hmm, not sure I understood it right, it's just the internet provider or something?

it wasnt really that fast tho. i honestly cant tell the difference, every internet ive used short of dial up loads pages pretty much instantly

TCP connections always start out relatively slow and speed up as the connection to a specific file endures, so page loads aren't affected by high-bandwidth nearly as much as large file downloads and streaming.

i think the first 100ish posts are really funny, then the OP gets banned and the next 100ish posts are somewhat fascinating. i'm sort of skimming here, but reading about the guy who tried to manipulate the dice in craps is really cool.

So my mentor at my new internship just got called away for army reserve service.

Now I'm in a building by myself, trying to learn a new language(vba) and deal with spreadsheets that are no in my native language, while doing actuarial things which I have no clue about and no education in.

Right now I'm trying to rewrite a macro that is doing something with SQL and pivot tables, whatever those things are.

This is gonna be fun.
