Mildly concerned about that :/
I'm a little concerned that my 10-year old daughter seems cold at times. Both of her grandmothers died within a 2 year period and she's strangely unaffected. Actual conversation I had with her a day or 2 after my wife's mom died.

Wife is crying, uncontrollably.
Daughter: Why is she crying?
Me: Um, her mom just died.
Her: And . . .

I just looked at her, shocked.

Few people in here have even seen a movie made before 1990. The world was created anew when all you precious darlings were born.

I made the very poor decision to watch Love Actually on a plane right before christmas while sitting in the middle seat of a 5 hour flight

awkward!

Two of my grandparents died when I was 6 and 7 and it just completely washed over me. I didn't understand what was going on at all

Granted she's a little older, but I wouldn't say that was particularly abnormal for a girl of that age

Well, that was more in reference to me quietly sniffling for about 45 minutes

But yes, I agree
