loll ya i did use swiss chards the other day and was like damn, not bad
but something about kale, it just feels healthy when im eating it
it compliments plenty of dishes to me with just being cooked in a skillet with salt and olive oil!
so i do recognize there are a lot of viable greens for the list... but obviously i have the correct list, taking into account every factor

Thank you! It was definitely yummy and beautifully crisp, but the leftover tofu was sub par and didn't recrisp in the oven the way I was hoping. Next time I'll just cook the amount that I want for that meal.
That said, buttery lemony capery sauce covers a lot of problems. It was still tasty.

I toy with the idea of gardening but other pursuits make it unlikely that I’d put the time in to make it worth it. Thank goodness for farm markets.

Ive been having internet problems for months, constant disconnects, long outages and inconsistent speeds. We finally changed providers and it worked great, was like a breath of fresh air.
For about a week, now its just disconnecting again, on off on off on oh this seems to be worki... off. I think im just cursed. Im so tired, this isnt making lockdown easier

One of my biggest joys is cooking and baking for other people, and since the lockdown, I can't. Watch out, mama-to-be, or I'll show up at your door with a huge pan of baked pasta, a giant fruit salad (I have a really nice agave lime dressing recipe), and a dozen butterscotch brownies!
