Mostly about how you hold your eyes.
If you take one finger (lengthwise, not with the point) and press your top eye lashes to your face, and same for the bottom it should be physically difficult for you to blink.
After that its Getting used to shoving your finger into your eye. Which is weird, but completely painless actually. The eye lashes hold is crucial though when just learning imo.
