I need help!

What would you Americans/Brits normally call a person who rides on the bus?

And my follow-up question would be: If there are different names for a person who rides on the bus which of those names is the coolest iyo? Imagine that this would be the title of a commercial (which happens to be the case :P).

The possibilites that I could think of:
The bus customer / the bus patron / the bus passenger / the bus rider.

Either of those last two.

I can't think of a description for "someone who rides on the bus" that sounds any cooler (or less cool) than any other.

Users of public transportation pretty much come in two flavors:
1) Those who just sit there or talk quietly to their friends
2) Annoying douchebags

Yeah, that's a funny cultural thing. It's not at all like that in Denmark or anywhere in Europe I think.

So if someone said in a deep voice:

"The bus passenger"

or

"The bus rider"

Which sounds cooler to you?

Rider, because ride. All cool things have rider in them. Nightrider, easyrider, lowrider, popstar rider, snowrider. Rider all the way. Riding a buss is hardly cool though.
