They're no $900 sheets but I got a pretty satisfactory deal on a throw for my couch today -- regular price $29.99, on clearance for $20.99. 25% offer on top of that, then the item was the deal of the day with a coupon for $10 off. Ended up being $5.74 before tax, then I had $2 off from buying groceries yesterday and paid the balance with a cash back credit card.

I'm not sure if Mark has fast food every day or we just hear about it most often because it's his biggest source of bargains. I'd hope the latter.

I'd rather eat expensive salt with filthy I think

I love fast food. But my wife keeps me in line and so I probably only get to eat it 2-3 times a week.

And what's wrong with a Burger King whopper? It was delicious! Easily worth the penny I paid for it.

you'd have to pay me about $50 to eat a delicious, poisonous whopper.

paying 1 penny is def not worth it.

and that's not to mention it's toll on the environment, and the underpaid fastfood workers

btw, my smartcar says 36mpg on the street and 40mpg on the highway. im getting ~43mpg overall. is that normal? i do try to drive so i hardly use the breaks. i learned that from bicycling all my life.

Fast food is great. Genetically engineered and consumer tested to be delicious. And cheap and convenient.

Also pretty sure the least animals died to make it since it's just the leftover bits and pink slime.

Slaves don't get paid & sex trafficking isn't voluntary, but yeah, it works for sweatshop labor since people line up for miles to voluntarily work those jobs because they're much better than the non-sweatshop jobs.* But saying that makes me a really bad liberal & this isn't politarding (where I literally would never set foot), so yeahhhhhh.

*although obviously it would be nicer if the conditions were better
