How do they pick the judges?? I don't want to bash on her too hard, but damn.. she is dim-witted.. Maybe thats the appeal? Between the husky voice, that imbecile accent, and the stupid sex jokes she makes, its a miracle she is judging anything beyond bar peanuts and dental dams. With tons of acrobats and dancers competing in spandex, she's more likely to blurt out "I can see your dick!" than anything resembling critique. so pumped to start my clean bulk this year. Last year gained 30lbs in 6 months, was too quick. put on a lot of muscle but a bit of fat too. cut down 30lbs of mostly fat over last 6 months. Gonna slow my bulk down this time and lift hard, get ripped by this time next year.

How did you manage to gain 30lb in 6 months? I'm going to start a bulk soon but I think I'll be lucky to manage half that in the same amount of time. I just don't have the appetite...
Unless I'm mistaken that diet comes out to about 2500kcal assuming 200g protein, 75g fat and 250g carbs. Is that really much of a bulk for you? What's your TDEE?
Right now at around 148lb my TDEE is about 2400. I've been eating ~1800 for the last 6 months so I'm going to eat at maintenance for a couple weeks and then just increase that slightly by 200-250 to get a nice clean bulk going. Looking for about 2-3lbs/week going forward.
On my first bulk I managed that rate by eating at about 3000-3200 cals/day. Still was eating like 180g+ protein per day, but was about 100-125g fat and ~300g carbs. My first month of my bulk I gained like 9 lbs, and was down to about 4lb/month after that but still too quick imo. Gained solid muscle but some tummy fat too. Want to make sure it's just muscle this time
250kcal a day is 1750 a week. Isn't that only good for half a pound gain? Half a pound a week is still pretty good - I'd take that, but I don't see how that could gain you 2-3lb a week unless you're way off on your TDEE or underreporting your own intake.
