when are you going to europe? are you gonna meet any poggers?

my mental health is not so good. losing 9k night before last was rough. it's crazy how much 9k is when you're holding it in your hand in hundred dollar bills. i mean that's a very nice vacation. plus im stressed about moving to LA.

If passed, the law will ensure that models meet a BMI of 18 and weigh at least 121 pounds for a height of 5'7". France will be in good company, too: Italy, Spain and Israel have already adopted similar laws prohibiting ultra-thin models on the runway.
wtf?!? that's crazy! my last 3 gfs would have been outlawed from walking the runway? and they were all totally healthy, just naturally skinny. like me. i barely meet the weight requirement to walk the runway myself

i've spent the majority of my 20s with a bmi under 18 and was perfectly healthy according to every gp i've ever had

its healthier to be slightly underweight than over

some people are just naturally skinny. they shouldn't be outlawed. but i do def understand the motivation to stop the madness, people starving themselves and trying to look a certain way.

my last two ex's felt bad about how skinny they were. i used to call the one fat ass, and it made her feel better about herself. sometimes i would call her fat ass in public without thinking about it and get horrified looks from strangers.

my old flatmate was a girl who fell and hit her head on the coffee table and had a big black eye. we would go out in public and people would look at me like they wanted to kill me because they thought i beat her.

when i was a teen i had just started dating this girl and she fell and got a black eye and her family was worried i beat her up.

i've heard it's healthier to be slightly over weight than under weight

the fat people are trying to eliminate skinny people, they've become the discriminators they whined and mooed about for so long

I think you just rubbed each other up the wrong way. I seem to recall she started a Mr pog game that you objected to quite strongly.

I think there's evidence that a calorie restricted diet is good for longevity. In mice, or whatever. Healthy is not one dimensional, imo.

skinny is never good, it means you have no muscle. what you want to be is lean.
04-03-2015 , 03:31 PM

I believe that study was severe caloric restriction, near starvation levels.

pwns always says we should live and let live, that we should accept others as they are and not insist that they conform to our standards.

I think you may have misheard pwnsall. Let me see if I could recreate his quote:

Pwnsall: "**** them"

Tada!

im skeptical of that mice study. i'm assuming the mice didn't live in the wild. life in a cage is different than living..... well actually... life in a cage probably isn't that much different than my life

but still, i'm skeptical of those studies.
04-03-2015 , 04:08 PM
There are people that live on reduced calorie diets because of those studies...

I think you need to get down to 1500-1800 calories/day
04-03-2015 , 04:11 PM
My parents, whose master plan is to live forever, are probably down around 1800 most days, altho they don't restrict calories consciously.
04-03-2015 , 04:44 PM
I have already lived forever.
