I think vr said lightly steamed broccoli was way better than oven roasted broccoli. She is fairly swet in her ways, though.

I eat it raw (salads, w/dips), steamed and roasted. However, oven roasted just crushes.

I'm pretty indifferent to broccoli but pair it with cheese (and lots of it) in the form of soup or sauce and it's great.

Oven roasted broccoli is okay, but significantly inferior to roasted cauliflower, and the texture is not really as good as steamed, imo.

But stir fried broccoli is the gold standard by which all other broccoli should be measured. Stir fried broccoli florets absorb all the deliciousness of all the lovely flavors you mix into your stir fried sauce.

Oven roasted broccoli is superior to steamed broccoli. I love the char. But I do like broccoli in all forms.

My dog is a broccoli junkie. Just a few baby florets added to her dog food makes her go nuts.
