I've only been half following that story and was pretty sure she didn't cheat, but damn, it's really not looking good for her now.

guy who worked for the stream got caught stealing 15k off robbi's stack after the stream. he only got caught cuz of the investigation into cheating.

he was also a convicted felon, and had access to the hole cards

robbi refused to press charges, possibly because she doesn't want to testify

A person involved in the stream has been outted as a theif (though oddly from stealing her chips) , so a bit of an opening for a way out could have happened.

There's also the theory about the 6c and 4h being swapped out before which I think holds some water because seems a bit too coincidental.

If I understand someone who scans the cards (or is in production). wouldn't know full information, but they may get some feedback like card 71b, so if you combine that with watching the stream you'd eventually be Able to figure out 71b is the Qc or whatever. But then a few minutes before the controversial hand the 6c and 4h were swapped out of the deck, so the person signaling her may not have known she had the 4h and just been signaling she had the best hand and for her to act rationally if she had the 6c and fold if she had the 4h (or something to that effect, also could have thought she had 6c by accident)

I'm kinda a fan of the 6c swap theory though it seems ridiculous, but it's the only way everything seems to 'click'.

Other than it just being a random non cheated hand of course.

Don't know too much about rfdi tech though.

She said she didn't want to press charges because the guy was struggling and had no previous criminal history, which is an obvious lie.

When you add this to all the other circumstantial evidence, and the constantly changing stories, it's kinda hard to ignore.

If nothing else we'll get lots of other drama out of this

She also seems to be going with the misread her hand as j3 which I just don't believe at all.

If this is the first time the guy has stolen chips, then he picked the literal worst opportunity to do so.

And if he has done it a bunch of times before, how has nobody ever noticed?

Or there is cheating involved...maybe a lot of it.

I haven't listened to any interviews or anything, but I don't think that's much proof of anything.

There are just too many unlikely occurences to explain away now imo.

I think the casino employee was just an opportunistic scumbag who needed cash to degen gonna degen. I don't think it changes the facts in the case too much other than it being a wild development.

but it does show that people who were saying how secure the stream is are totally wrong or lying

yea the entire thing is compromised when the lead guy in charge of video/cards is shown to be a criminal

and if he's desperate enough to steal chips on camera(and has prior record), doesn't take a lot of imagination to think he's thrown around some idea of cheating before

the 4h - 6c swap is just over the top amount of fishiness. too many coincidences for this to be an innocent thing IMO
