Vr, I can’t reach you via Pm so I’m c/p-ing here and hoping you see it

Hey,

So filthy texted me that you’d posted an upsetting story, and I read your posts in ATF. I just wanted to reach out to you in solidarity.. How invasive and scary and awful that must have been. I’m so sorry someone did that to you.

I hope you know with certainty that you’re a beautiful person with intrinsic value that no shitty dude bros will ever be able to diminish. **** whoever did that to you, and I hope you have found healing and comfort and peace since then.

Warmest regards and much love

I realize maybe that’s too vulnerable and earnest a message to be posted in public but I make no apologies for it

Love u guys

There are some people I need to respond to via Pm, so if you see this please know that I’ve read them and I’ll respond soon and thank you

On the topic of emotional tv i really dislike when they have sob stories on lego masters etc, unless they built a prosthetic out of Legos i don't want to hear about it.

I assume they bully contestants into being emotional a bunch of the time. Plus looking for people they can exploit on tv.

This is AGT's bread and butter. The story is even more important than the act.

Did /do people in San Fran eat rice aroni or a similar product?

Or was it just a marketing con on Midwestern folk, like miracle whip?

I'm travelling to Madeira Portugal next week for a company meeting (perk of global remote companies). This is my first time ever travelling outside of Canada/US, which is intimidating enough, but adding all the COVID protocols/tests/additional paperwork on top of it is something else. There's just so much

Portugal and Madeira should be nice. I hope you will enjoy. Drink as much wine as you can and try some seafood.

Is that one of the places with no prices listed and they charge you more if you're a tourist?

I really liked it but never eat it nowadays. What a strange product, though. Was it the rice or the Rony that was saving them money?

I dunno. Don't care, either. It's all on the company dime

Nice. Probably why they do it.

i never even ate rice a roni once. and didn't know anyone who ate it. and live in SF all my life. i saw ads for it on the cable cars, but never understood why it was called the san francisco treat

sf foods:

burritos
weird ass pizza with things like potatoes, spinach, etc

I would like two and I hope you aren't offended by the obscene amount of butter that would be spread on them.

I had some weird Nature Valley soft baked muffin bar thing for breakfast this morning which I would never have purchased but for the fact that they were free (Mark K value achievement unlocked). An IMMENSELY inferior product to the muffins pictured above.

Anyone ever cook food so bad they couldn't eat it? Don't think I have outside of burning /forgetting something in the oven.

I never go on a trip to SF without getting Chinese food at some point. And more specifically Hot and Sour soup.

My wife once made quesadillas with a smoked cheese that we got as a Christmas gift. Those things reminded me of eating ashes between two tortillas. I couldn't stomach it.

I also choose this guy's wife's food
