I was going to say "more fair" or "less unfair" but fair is an absolute so you can't say that and be grammatically correct.

I was thinking more like Europe or the UK

No, they don't need any more. It already has enough. Minnesota hasn't voted a Republican for president in half a century.

What part of your wardrobe would they not be opposed to?

I'm coming up empty.

There is a weight minimum to be able to pull off wearing a hawaiian shirt, isn't there?

This is a really solid observation

I mean, it's true. Lol at voting a spoiler candidate. It's literally the same thing as not voting.
Even if Jill Stein was the best politician in the history of the United States (she wasn't) voting her made no sense.

Thank you Jill Stein purists. You have given us Trumpocrats 6 of 9 seats on the high court in all likelihood.

This is what's truly horrifying. Trump's insanity will last 4 years. The lunatics he'll put in the SC could last decades. The only sliver of hope is in the off-chance Dems get the Senate back next year.

The chance democrats reclaim the senate is less than nothing.

It is impossible
06-02-2017 , 01:03 AM
It's slim, but at least Trump is doing his part by keeping those approval numbers sub-40

I guess at least with only 2 seat majority, we can at least pray there's a few sane Republicans out there
06-02-2017 , 05:54 AM
"sane Republican" is sadly an oxymoron
06-02-2017 , 09:59 AM
other than possibly Nevada, I don't see where the Dem's new senate seats would come from

having looked into it a little, I'm sadly predicting GOP actually gains senate representation

both of these points carry the caveat that the party might actually implode before January

8 years

and the Republican majorities will only increase in the House AND in the Senate for 2019-2020.

Honest question Zork. Let's say DTs approval numbers stick exactly where they are today. No gain or loss up til 2020. How does he win the White House with sub 40 approval? Pure voter obstruction?

I saw some tweet from some ultra conservative journalist along the lines of "Trump is being blamed for everything by liberals in the most ridiculous way history has ever seen" and then the usual infinite replies of brainwashed Trump drones yelling about the left

i mean "thanks Obama" literally became a meme because the right blamed Obama for every little thing. people are so stupid when they're criticized

I mean Trump himself literally stated that he has been treated worse than any politician in history, ever.

Political satire is obsolete.

exaggeration and embellishment are alive and well

Anyway, I'm not totally against black people shooting each other. So long as it doesn't spill over into, you know, real people.
You're violating the game rules. The one about keeping within the bounds of acceptable discourse? So the mods don't have to get involved? It's actually a good rule! I don't like seeing blatantly racist posting even if it's supposed to be pantomime.
