I generally agree with my understanding (which, as well named reminds me, is not sufficient since I'm not familiar with the "peer reviewed" "science") of what the underlying philosophy of feminism is while not wishing to call myself a feminist due to some of the negative connotations of the word and some of the people with whom I'd have to implicitly associate.

Either a feminist or MRA who does the opposite of what a feminist does. Additionally people can also be sexist outside the scope of social justice by simply feeling the other sex is inferior to/owes them something.

Filthy, literally nobody in here who identifies as a feminist fits PS's description. It's possible that mouth breathing combined with prolonged exposure to rubber spock ears has caused some sort of brain lesion that makes him fear colleges and vaginas.

I don't think feminists are "awful" people. That's a liberal point of view that if anyone has the slightest bit of unfairness to them they must be awful. Most people are probably guilty of being over concerned with their own sex's problems to a degree.

I mean some people just mistakenly identify as feminists because they still think we're in the 2nd wave. My mom identified as one. Then I showed her a video of college students and feminist doctrine these days. I scarred my poor mother by subjecting her to it.

men definitely have problems from gender roles. no way would i ever minimize sexism towards women. it fills me with fury. but men suffer too. men are emotionally isolated, john wayne bull****. men who cry and need hugs are ridiculed and outcast. of course i'm speaking broadly. men who are househusbands are laughed at and mocked.

like the movie meet the parents. the main character was a joke because he was a male nurse.

men kill themselves more than women. men murder more than women. men are homeless more than women. some of this is probably testosterone or whatever. but i bet some of it is because of emotional isolation.
