First off - stop pretending like you care about the black community.
Second - it doesnt matter what you or I think. It isn't up to us.
They have state sanctioned murder happening, and then the other officers are parading around making it OBVIOUS they support the murderer.
The police aren't there for them. They don't care about them. The country hates the black community. How would keeping the status quo help? What are they possibly hurting when the current situation is officers murdering them? What is the downside?
That's what I meant with this was all inevitable, it's logical, and rational. What they are doing currently has resulted in a horrible situation for them. What good is taking the high road when it still results in murder?
So tell me, Mets - when you talk about helping or hurting the black community, what do you mean exactly? Do you think them waiting for an arrest to not happen means they won't be murdered next time? If not, are you suggesting by doing this they are more likely to be murdered in the future? That seems likely, actually. They gain NOTHING by acting how you define as acceptable. They lose every single day. By playing in the system they will continue to lose. It's offensive you even pretend to care, implying that if they would just do things differently maybe the white guys would let them have a better time.
