I don't think we can avoid bomb and pin because of the grenade sticker. Same for trunk.

I think the last two are in hole/hood/mercury, but unsure which one to leave out.

Agree with trunk/bomb/pin, and I think hole seems like a decent 4th option.

5th one is tough, but I doubt it's hood...kinda seems like he's going out of his way to avoid it with that pic. It's probably between mercury and spot for me (parking spot?)

Our other option (and I don't know if this is a good one) would be to just say pin/bomb/trunk and then pass.

Hole does have some red equity, and if red only has 2 left, it's game over. Depending on what they are, the 3 last red words might be difficult to connect.

If we do go for it, I think we should say our 5th word before hole. If hole is red, it's possible that we hit a neutral before that, leaving it on the board.

As far as what the 5th word is, I could imagine it being any of mercury or spot or hood. It's very possible Carl would have used this same picture for all three scenarios.

I don't know what type of car that is. Almost certainly not a Mercury.

Though I'm not sure it would be easy to find a Mercury with a grenade sticker on it.

Ok, I'm pretty good with mercury+hole as the last 2 if you are.

One thing I did just think of is tick for tick tick boom, but I guess that doesn't really hit grenade that hard anyway.

Also, do you think there's any relevance to it being a sticker rather than an actual grenade? A car with a grenade in the boot seems like it wouldn't be that hard to find.

Not sure what it would be used to hit specifically tho...maybe spot? Meh, I'm probably overthinking it.
