King Arthur - hard to clue for and maybe the best nich could have found. We have a dude kinda by himself twice. Hits their pic 2 some but they got a lot of words from it

Staff - some workers in pic 3...just them only being 2 people and with different roles makes me think eh. Would think there would perhaps be more teachers visible and stuff. Hard to fully rule out but also hard to get on board

Polish - 2 polished pics/scenes to start game. Pretty sure polish airlines is something like Qantas and probably the closest country to Russia from there

I don't know how many times I need to post about why I don't like Dress and Staff. I made multiple posts about it, and another one including 2 quotes from yourself citing reasons for why I don't think they are ours. You are acting like I haven't seen the posts and am "minimizing you".

Thankfully that brother punt didn't cost us the win. The Lara pic was trying to get you off that and litter by recluing pit and cliff (that was a cliff in the GOT pic, but it is kinda hard to tell). I would ~never immediately reclue something that I know you'll guess unless I want you to skip a word or 2.

I was also hoping you wouldn't guess craft because blues were already pretty close to guessing it...that was intended to hit pen. I thought we were pretty dead at that point tbh.

I can't plan things when stuff like polish will come out of left field; I make a list after each turn on what you guys are going to guess in the future and I clue based on that, but then you come out with polish for no good reason, knowing your partner hated it and knowing that I don't want you to come out of left field, as I've said many times over the years

I don't know where I clued any nail polish or polish people in any of my pictures

I went to such pains to find an image that showed the staff, not just the speller (easy to get spelling bee images where they don't show any staff)

and ya'll said dress isn't it because nobody was wearing dress and that staff was a good one

so I thought ya'll were gonna make up the spelling words and then do tank/knife/smoothie for the win




to AE: I almost always do an easy clue (2 clue in normal codenames) on turn 2 when doing unlimited....my image of exactly just computer+delta+australia was to ensure you got those and made up the first image words you had left

an image looking "polished" (wtf) is not a reason to guess polish for the last word of the game when the game is on the line and your partner hates it and it was never a serious consideration so your spymaster had ZERO reason to think you'd guess it here


when I clue the last image of the game, your words are already mentioned or they are in this image...if I can't fit them all together, then ouch, but that's the only way this communication thing works...going and trying to find new words in the first images on the LAST TURN is not gonna go well most of the time...do that on the penultimate turn if you want to add in new words from old images...otherwise the spymaster can't plan and then it's just random chaos

tried hard to find image that didn't mention the words spelling bee (thus the craft bees on the wall) and had school AND staff shown and nobody in a dress; sound guy was a bonus


this was a horrible post; if I had been at the pc when you posted this then all of your discussion (including sound guy) never would have happened because you would have been silenced by a neutral guess...and then we would have had 0 chance on the final round instead of a 50/50 chance


I'm appealing to you to please please please have the full discussion with your team before bolding ANY words when I'm spymaster

I clue neutral words all the time because they don't hurt us (unless you bold them too fast)...I clued Jaguar when cat was neutral and in this game triangle/apple/bee were all neutrals, so every clue but my last one...you cut our knees off when you bold words before discussion happens...NOTHING is ever a 100% lock for my clues until final clue of the game because if I have a clue that will get good words then I'm not gonna let the fact that the best word for it is a neutral stop that clue since neutrals won't matter until final turn



y'all did a GREAT job this game of getting all the words I intended from each picture...other than the very last word not going staff and bolding bee too early in the discussion, this was a great game by ya'll
