It is not possible that rawrs cannot contact people who sent him money (he surely had emails / PayPal / Skype / transaction records / access to league pages) or that they cannot contact him (they sent him money).

Utilize your workaround. Not only is it not our problem, but it's your chosen escrow's fault. Go whine at him about getting himself a guaranteed ban while holding your money.

And tighten your escrow game up. Keep a spreadsheet with contact info.
