The fact that someone owes other people on 2+2 money does not grant them immunity from forum rules. Neither here nor in any other sub-forum.

Nevertheless, if I thought that the temp was going to significantly impact your ability to settle that debt, I would take action to correct that. What I would not do, because it's infeasible, is make sure every time I want to temp ban someone that they don't owe anyone money.

Since it's a 3 day ban, it's Tuesday, and as I understand it you weren't expecting to get paid until Friday anyway, it seems like there is minimal impact. If that is incorrect, I'm happy to reassess.
