That was at the magic_gazz time. Despite what has been said I was not banned when I played on that account. What happened on that account was a large part of the reason I was banned.

Worst thing is I think Moocher was the one I shot in some Harry Potter game and now he is a mod.

I got a lot of crap for that, but it genuinely was me just being a terrible player rather than me trying to hurt my team.

Except that is not what happened.

I understand that I ****ed up, but I don't see why some of you need to be so mean about it. It is not like being mean will make you any better off or make me learn my lesson any more.

This is really the most trivial decision ever. Rightfully permabanned dude evaded his ban. I don't even see why should we care that he has only been modkilled once since he came back. He has shown remarkable WIL in almost all of the games I have seen him play here, but this is not even the main problem.

I did, but they opened it up on the forums to public debate. I think you even posted there.

Public opinion after a year was that I am a douche and will ruin games and should not be allowed back.

It was kind of a catch 22 situation because without being allowed back it was impossible to prove that I would not ruin games.

I have now been playing on this account for over a year (meaning over 2 years since ban) and while there are some people that do not like my play style, I don't think anyone would say I have been a menace and ruined games.

It's because you can somehow see yourself as the victim here, everyone with half a brain can see from your posts itt that you don't give a **** about anything and are a high risk to **** up games in the future.

Also I believe mcavoy was let back after being permabanned (maybe even more than once) and he still was the same.

That really has little to do with the situation at hand but for some reason people want to bring him up.

No, he was very mean to some people in a malicious way and was extremely inappropriate.

That is not the same as what we are dealing with here.
