He's been trying to get himself banned all week. He's a negative asset both in games and out of them due to his lack of respect for rules, authority, and other people in general. Three months was trigger-shy if anything.

People focusing on cn's reaction to quarr are focusing on the wrong thing.
Leo's post was completely inappropriate and unprovoked. I imagine that the punishment for it was harsher due to the circumstances in which he was piling on someone who had just been attacked recently in the same thread, which makes sense.
