idk if you're familiar with lost wolf mechanics, but a LW is a wolf who isn't part of the main pack. the main pack has a recruiting mechanic for the LW, usually a peek or something, and if they find him he joins the pack and usually brings a reward (extra vig or something)

the idea is that if villagers all leave lost wolf "cover" en masse there will be an "I am Spartacus" effect and the wolves won't know which one to peek. this theory was popularized by noted ****ing ****** Hurp Durpington
