unban everyone and make them play a 13er. at the end of the game the 3 players who showed the least WIM get an irreversible perma (as voted by the rail). ZELIC and Mediocre Ballerina permitted to play on both accounts if necessary to make the numbers work due to player availability (could be tough to get NTB reliable internet access).
