Also, whilst I'm really unhappy Crossnerd is back, she has never broken a game (that I know of) and didn't try to unlawfully evade her ban (if Hoya is to be believed, and I don't see why we shouldn't) so the Crossnerd stuff is better discussed elsewhere, as the only common thing these two have is that they have been banned.

Absolutely, but this is absolutely irrelevant, since he is, in fact, magic_gazz, and did circumvent the ban. Furthermore, if we extrapolate his thediceman behaviour, it's not banworthy per se, but it doesn't convince me -at all- that he will not do it again.
