I think that going back on a gimmick after you have been banned is unacceptable (and also undignified). There is absolutely no way thediceman deserves a second chance.
His request for forgiveness nothing more than a freeroll: either he gets forgiven (ship!) or he doesn't, and then he creates a gimmick anyway.

Starazz if you reading this thread then IMO you could try again with gimmick around Christmas. Gtpitch is gone and your chances are pretty good IMO.

Can we please not derail this thread into a conversation about WN trying to ad hoc a Crossnerd solution a long time ago - like over a year ago - when a different solution was ultimately the result, and when he did so with good intentions even if the suggestion was probably not ideal?

I wasn't kidding about the fruit of the poisonous tree thing, by the way. No sense in incentivizing ban circumvention by allowing a person to compile admissible favorable evidence while they do it. I don't know how to make that sound less nerdy, so I'll just press post.

Anyway, I didn't mean to derail but I believe my information is relevant wrt evading bans with gimmicks. I was told by a mod that it would be ok for me to do it. If its good for the goose, its good for the gander imo so diceman should be allowed to stay on the virtue of behaving behind his giimmick.

If we would free Mac and Star then we could play new games like which user gets rebanned next and drama threads has been almost most popular and it is fact that drama draw some new people here. For example Bloobird came here to check out all that drama weh have here and he has been pretty nice addition to community.
