So water+needle+dress is tough when they have beach

Things like scuba or thong or bikini all hit beach

Then I went with wound because you dress a wound and pour water to flush a wound and use a needle to stitch it up but then you also get wounded by a slug and slug already worked for wrestling

So laceration is a type of wound that has nothing to do with slug but you still wash it out, almost always stitch it up and dress the wound

And you don’t usually die from laceration so was hoping you’d stay away from that.

When I got the word list and rand I knew we almost always lose thus the wrestling clue as a Hail Mary

I had pumpkin, duck, beach, disease last round.

I had "roast 4" as the desperation clue. I think it comes close, but you probably say "needle" in the teasing sense of both words 3rd or 4th.

I thought it best to play small ball.

At this point I think it actually is missile

Vet has too many other ways to go, but a missile is a type of large bullet

He’d say gun if it was jam

Bullet would be capitalized if it were bark

It’s either missile+shot or missile+vet (patriot better for missile and vet tho)

A gun can jam; I guess the bullet is what gets jammed in the gun

True; gun does lead to hand; but hand and shot, not hand and vet

Gunshot is a slam dunk for gun

I do like jam more now since gun does go for hand

I’m ok with shot and jam
