Makaze from Mafia Universe here.
I made a tool to help count votes in games.
Two Plus Two - Votecount Generator
Previews:
Install by clicking the
Raw button with
Greasemonkey (for Firefox) or
Tampermonkey (for Chrome) installed.
Tampermonkey for Safari?
Update, March 2018: I'm told that Firefox users must now have
ViolentMonkey installed rather than GreaseMonkey.
How to Use:
1. Click the "Mafia Votal Generator" button at the top of the thread.
2. Enter the first player's name, starting with their exact username (spelling and case sensitive!). You can add as many alternate spellings as you want to be recognized. Separate each alias using commas. Other fields are optional and most self-explanatory. Profile ID will be automatically filled with the first alias you entered.
3. Press the Plus (+) sign to add more players. Enter their names as stated in Step 2.
4. Save changes.
5. Click the Settings tab on the right. Set the options as you prefer for this game and Save changes at the bottom.
6. Click the Start Phase tab in the middle. Enter the starting page and post for the phase, and the phase name. You must specify a hammer/majority amount -- enter 0 if hammer is disabled. Click Start Phase.
7. Click "Recount Votes" to start from the beginning of the phase.
8. Click "Post Now" to post the current votecount. You can do this to manually post at any time.
9. If for some reason the counts get messed up, or a player dies midphase, press Recount Votes again. This will take some time, but it is necessary to clear the vote history.
10. To enable automatic vote counts as specified in the Settings tab, press the Play button on the left.
