I have updated the website and it is now fully functional from the front-end side.
Help and statistics are working.

I have seen the observations about being able to color tiles as you please. i like it, but it means more events to program, like double taps on mobile devices and rightclick on PCs.

I need to fix some language stuff and then i need to figure out how to upload to the final website AND get the 1 word per day functionality working. The latter will be the biggest hurdle still to takre.

sounds like a request to ignore

you'll be adding something that won't be a determinant factor in whether or not they play/share with friends

but it will make the app more confusing and difficult to use, someone misclicks and now their orange is blue and they don't know how or why, did the rules change? how do i change it back? oh no i accidentally double tapped my phone screen again and now that annoying color popup is here

emphasize the beta of betatesters gabe - don't give the people what they say they want, give them what they actually need

I spent half a day to fix the styling of the page for different devices. It should play fine now on big screen, laptop and also on mobiles.

Other people do that in 30 minutes, probably

And my html and CSS probably still sucks balls

I have played oodles of games myself (100+) and would never go back to Wordle.

I suppose you realize this already but the website appears to be down. Getting an Access Denied error on my PC and phone.

Another thing that happened that probably is as you intended it: I started the game yesterday and then had to leave. I came back without refreshing and completed the puzzle, but it was after your "day" had reset. My stats weren't tracked for that game. Again, I figure that's how you intend it to be but it might be an edge case that hadn't been considered.

I have been fighting today with certificates, AWS Cloudfront and S3 and Route 53, but managed to convert the http into https. So the site is back.
That was painful. The AWS help pages are immense and filled with technical terms I dont understand and their youtube tutorial videos are terribly outdated.

I haven't really tested what happens with old games that you try to carry over to the next day. I concentrated on normal use.

There are some other funny effects still. For example, when you solve the word500, during the animation, quickly change level or language
