Also, thanks for the tips before, my elbow/bicep area has improved. From the changes ive made i think a lot of it was wrist/elbow position on bench, and wrist position on squat.

So Donnie is either a villager literally too stupid and selfish to read the OP or a wolf that's selfishly decided to triple reverse level the village with a pantomime of his own stupidity

Absent the fact that the former situation kind of ****s me as it would mean we'd be on the same team that he was actively sabotaging, I'm not sure which scenario I want to be true more
