No, it isn't silly at all and is probably one of the best indicators of how many people have seen particular movies.

That does't mean only 111 people have seen it, but it definitely means very few people have and more than likely nobody that actually reads this thread has. As a comparison, Attack of the Killer Refrigerator has almost as many votes, and I don't think anyone would think that's a good movie for this game.

It has a no-name director, it had no cinematic release, and not one review on rotten tomatoes, so even if you disregard number of imdb votes, surely you should be able to tell it's a pretty obscure movie by anyone's standards. And then you say it's a well known movie? I mean, come on...

You certainly didn't point out anything the others didn't already realize. So I messed up with that 1 movie, how was I suppose to know it wasn't as well-known as the other movies? I watched it, so did a few friends of mine...and I recently saw it somewhere online (on FB) so I remembered it and chose it as my movie choice, for this game. No harm done, since someone DID indeed guess it. Had no one guessed, I'd have chosen a different film. (there are many films in this thread, which I HAVE NEVER watched and would think they aren't well-known either...but I'd rather not waste my TIME researching to prove a moot point...as you seem to enjoy doing).

I mean seriously, who cares? It's a game, lighten up!

(I should also add, it was my 1st movie posting, in this thread)...did I manage to do better with the rest of my movie choices? I think so.... Therefore, I don't see why the desperate need to bring this up again and try to ruin the game here. So enough now....please and let's play on.

I only looked it up because I hadn't heard of it and wanted to see what it was about and if it got good reviews, which is what I do with most movies I haven't seen. And that comment I made wasn't even directed at you and was intended to be a light-hearted joke. You are the one that decided to take it so seriously. I didn't care you posted that movie at all, I just thought it was funny you'd choose that as your entrance into the game and then be perplexed when nobody knows it.

And lol at my desperate need to go all the way back to troll somebody I don't know and ruining the game. You posted that movie yesterday and it's still on this page. I just clicked on view last unread post and yours was one of the first that came up. I will try to get over myself, though.

Also, maybe next time when someone quotes the rules stating not to post obscure movies that almost nobody has heard of, don't just say "lol, it's a well-known film" when you have no idea what you're talking about. This game isn't exactly rocket science!
